As a rule, the handicap or total in the [line] (/account/line/) have such a value that the corresponding coefficients maximize the odds of the outcome of the bet.

But if you doubt that the handicaps ot totals suggested are enough to win a bet, you can buy additional points to the handicap or total.

What can be such a step used for? There are two related reasons for this. The first is the increase in bet coefficient by increasing the handicap/totals on the favourite. This technique can be used if you think that the favourite will exceed the anticipated handicap or the value of the total at the end of the match will be more than the indicated.

The second reason for buying total/handicap points is that you have the opportunity to reduce the handicaps and totals, thereby reducing the bet coefficient, but increasing the probability of winning it.

Buying totals. When buying a total in the bet on "Over", the total is reduced, and in the bet on "Under" - increased. The coefficient of possible payment decreases.

Buying handicap. When buying a handicap its value decreases or increases, depending on the initial value (i.e., positive or negative handicap). The coefficient of possible payment decreases.
